Google is pushing out a new version of Snapseed for Android today, and the latest update brings RAW editing of DNG photos (or other RAW photos that have been converted to DNG).

RAW editing is available in Snapseed 2.1, which will be rolling out as a free download in the Google Play store over the next day or two.
I'm guessing you can put this on an Android tablet, too, giving you more real estate for viewing/editing!
